1. Who Provides This Service

VisaRiskAI ("the Service") is operated by Proinvest Global Ltd(Company Number: 16851428), registered in England and Wales at 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London WC1X 0ND, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you ("the User") agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

VisaRiskAI is a pre-submission risk analysis tool. It analyses visa application data against documented refusal patterns to identify weaknesses, evidence gaps, and potential risk factors before submission.

VisaRiskAI is not and does not constitute:

• Legal advice or immigration advice of any kind
• A visa agency, immigration consultancy, or regulated immigration service
• A guarantee, prediction, or assurance of visa approval or refusal
• A replacement for a licensed immigration solicitor or adviser

The outputs produced by the Service (risk scores, findings, repair plans, documents checklists) are informational only. Final visa decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authorities (e.g. UK Visas & Immigration, Schengen consulates). We have no influence over those decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your case profile. The quality of the analysis is directly dependent on the accuracy of the information you input.
• You must not use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent application data.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service in any way that harms the platform or other users.

5. Payments and Report Packages

Report packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) are available for purchase after completing a case profile. All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your payment method.

6. Refunds

Because analysis reports are digital products generated and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final once the analysis has been generated and the report has been made accessible to you.

If you experience a technical failure that prevents report delivery after payment, contact us at info@proinvest.global within 7 days. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a resolution.

A refusal of your visa application after using VisaRiskAI does not entitle you to a refund. The Service assesses risk factors and identifies weaknesses; it does not guarantee any outcome.

7. No Guarantee of Visa Outcome

The Service provides risk assessments based on publicly documented refusal patterns. It does not, and cannot, guarantee that following its recommendations will result in a visa being granted.

Immigration decisions involve factors that are outside the scope of this tool, including consular discretion, policy changes, country-specific bilateral agreements, and interview assessments. Your use of this Service does not create any expectation or warranty of approval.

8. Your Data

The data you enter is used exclusively to generate your analysis. Your data is not sold to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your personal and sensitive data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and analysis methodology on VisaRiskAI are the property of Proinvest Global Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.

The analysis reports generated for your case are made available to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish report content as your own.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Proinvest Global Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any visa refusal, denial, or delay arising from use or non-use of the Service
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss
• Loss of non-refundable visa application fees paid to immigration authorities
• Any reliance on analysis outputs without verification by a licensed immigration professional

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report package in question.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, attempt to misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@proinvest.global.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
